Meet the Maker Dinner featuring the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection
April 5th
Meet the Maker – Buffalo Trace Antique Collection Dinner at Stone & Webster Chophouse. Plant Riverside District will host a special Meet the Maker – Buffalo Trace Antique Collection Dinner at Stone & Webster Chophouse, a modern restaurant offering a fresh take on the American chophouse experience. This event is open to the public. The intimate Meet the Maker dinner will feature rare bourbons and whiskeys from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection as well as premium Buffalo Trace Distillery Bourbon Whiskies, including 15-year and 23-year samplings from Buffalo Trace’s Pappy Van Winkle Edition.
Riverside Park Easter Egg Hunt

Bring an Easter basket and a picnic and spend the afternoon enjoying our beautiful riverside park. We will host an Easter egg hunt and the annual Easter Bonnet Parade (at 1 pm). Pre-registration is required by calling 912-727-2339.
The Great Thunderbolt Egg Hunt
April 8th
Join the hip little town of Thunderbolt, GA for a fun, family-friendly Egg Hunt at Cesaroni Park, behind the Thunderbolt Fire Station. Guests will enjoy lunch from The Big Cheese food truck, Savannah Square Pops, & Nothing Bundt Cakes, plus the opportunity to get fairy hair, shop for oysters, and more, and look around the Swag Bus! Games will be set up, photos with the easter bunny, and of course the big egg hunt! Come out for great community fellowship and wonderful fun for the entire family together.
Mix It Up at the Moon Mixology Class featuring Wicked Weed Beer and Vidal Cellars Wine

Mix It Up at the Moon class will offer the opportunity to mix cocktails crafted with Asheville, N.C.’s own Wicked Weed beer and Augusta, Ga.’s Second City Distillery whiskey and bourbon. This special mixology class will be co-hosted by Wicked Weed Brand Ambassadors Anthony Scarpitti and Jen Currier as well as Second City’s in-house mixologist Josie Swanson.

Dancing with the Savannah Stars

Our 15th Annual Dancing with Savannah Stars will be held on Thursday, April 20th from 6:30-8:30 pm at Victory North. Each “Savannah Star” is paired with a professional dancer to perfect their performance. On April 20th, they will showcase their talents and compete for the trophy. Each Savannah Star also has a fundraising goal of $15,000 to support the mission of Savannah CASA. With support from their community, our Stars ensure that every child in foster care in Chatham County has an advocate. Note: VIP tickets include access to the pre-party and celebratory after-party.
Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent Garden Club Tour of Homes & Gardens

Join us on Saturday, April 22, for a tour of the spectacular interiors and gardens of Savannah’s Ardsley Park -Chatham Crescent Historic Neighborhood. Ardsley Park was developed in 1910 as a residential neighborhood and planned as a twentieth-century variant of Oglethorpe’s original city plan. On this self-guided walking tour, you will stroll down oak-lined streets and be treated to exquisitely landscaped squares.
SCAD SIDEWALK ARTS FESTIVAL

Perhaps one of Savannah’s most family-friendly springtime events is the Savannah College of Art and Design Sidewalk Art Festival. SCAD students, alumni, and local high school students create mesmerizing chalk art on squares around Forsyth Park. Visitors can spend an afternoon admiring these chalk masterpieces while taking in the beauty of Forsyth Park in the spring.
Champions of Magic: Worldwide Wonders Tour

Blessing of the Fleet

The Town of Thunderbolt presents the 2023 Thunderbolt Blessing of the Fleet. The festival pays tribute to Thunderbolt’s local shrimping and fishing industry, offering a fleet blessing, live music, vendors, food trucks, a beer garden, and free activities along the beautiful Wilmington riverfront.
