Ken was born in Savannah and has decades of experience across many facets of the housing industry. After graduating from the University of Georgia with majors in Real Estate and Location Analysis, his first positions were in property management in Jackson, Wyoming before returning to fill similar roles in Atlanta, Ga. Ken next moved into homebuilding, working with some of the largest builders in the country as a construction supervisor managing numerous projects across the Charleston, SC market. He returned to Savannah in the late 2000’s, weathering the economic downturn by working within the green building field on substantial projects throughout the South. Another pivot followed, as Ken then moved into the building materials world where he accumulated further knowledge and perspective of the Lowcountry housing market. Home sales eventually became the logical next step, so buyers and sellers have now for years benefited from Ken’s collective skills and exceptional service while he enjoys all aspects of Savannah living himself.
