Paul Neal Sansom

Paul specializes in residential home sales in Savannah, GA and its surrounding communities in Chatham County as well as all of Effingham & Bryan Counties. Now in his 8th year, and awarded licensure as an Associate Broker before the age of 30, Paul has positioned himself as a perennial leader in the Savannah Real Estate Market.

Paul has built the foundation of his business on putting his clients above himself. If you asked them along with his peers what separates him from others, they’d tell you he communicates at an elite level, he is genuine yet firm when advocating for his clients and most of all he has an ability to connect with people that goes beyond the surface.

Paul grew up in South Central Kentucky and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Plant & Soil Science and was a scholarship member of its NCAA Division I golf team. He has been a proud resident of Ardsley Park for 8 years and for many of which has served his neighborhood as the Secretary of the Ardsley Park / Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association. He is also actively involved in the local and state golf communities, having competed in numerous Georgia State Golf Association events including the Georgia State Amateur and Mid-Amateur Tournaments. He is also an active member of The Landings Club, where on a weekend or early evening, you’ll see him working on his game.
