David moved to the Savannah/Hilton Head area in 1992. Since arriving, David has had many experiences; bartending, restaurant management/ownership, tour guide and now an experienced Real Estate Agent. He has started his 15th year in the industry.

Originally, from the Syracuse area. David has made Savannah his home. He is active member of the Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.

David has two degrees in history; a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Oswego and his Masters at Georgia Southern. He has also published three books on the Civil War.

David specializes with first-time home buyers, military buyers, sellers, vacation/second homes, investors, short sales/foreclosures and commercial properties. He also keeps up to date with social media and new technologies to help his buyers find their perfect property or trying to get the seller’s their asking price. David keeps in contact with his clients which enables him to reconnect and represent them again, either on the buying side or selling side of the real estate transaction.

For enjoyment; he likes to explore battlefields and historic sites, visit both Major/Minor League Baseball stadiums, participate in living histories, golf, travel, cook and entertain.
