Jeremy Wine spent 25 years moving for the U.S. Coast Guard before he ever sold a house. From Troutville, Virginia to Mobile, Louisville, Lake Charles, Proctorville, and now Rincon — he knows exactly what it takes to land in a new town with a family in tow and figure out how to call it home.
After retiring from the Coast Guard in March 2026, Jeremy joined Seaport to do for other families what so many people did for his over the years: take the chaos out of relocation. He specializes in working with military families moving into the Coastal Empire — whether it's a PCS to Hunter Army Airfield, Fort Stewart, or one of the area's Coast Guard stations — and brings firsthand knowledge of what it means to buy, sell, and settle in on someone else's timeline.
Jeremy has been married to his wife Korrine for 20 years. Together they're raising their son Ayden and daughter Alivia in Rincon, where they've called home for the past five years. When he's not with a client, you'll find him outside — camping, hunting, or fishing his way through coastal Georgia.
He serves the entire Coastal Empire.
