The Club
Test your skills with 6 championship golf courses. Designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Fazio, Arthur Hills, and Willard Byrd. Each course is stylistically different while allowing the scenery of Skidway Island to speak for itself. Court sports such as Pickleball, Tennis, Paddleball, and Bocce. Shop Skidaway:
This Luxury community not only provides its residents with endless activities but with essentials. Located just outside the community is a Publix, a salon, several local banks, a Pharmacy, and multiple churches. The beauty of The Landings is having access to everything you need within the community.
The Marinas:
For those who own or wish to own a boat, you’re in luck. Located in the community is a marina. The Harbor Marina offers dry rack storage for 292 boats up to 30 feet in length. Wet storage for 29 boats up to 40 feet in length, and storage for 12 kayaks. An additional advantage is the guest dock. Welcoming boats up to 40 feet in length, for a dockage rate guests have access to a covered porch, picnic area, retail store, and fuel.
However, it doesn’t stop there. The community offers Dolan Yacht services, which provide the area with motor repairs. Specializing in engine repair, maintenance, sales of parts and accessories.
It is very common to see sailboats on the water as the community has its own Sailing Club. They maintain a fleet of sailboats with a crew of two to three sailors. Although these boats primarily race around the river, members of the sailing club can enjoy them for recreational and educational sailing.
Amenities
Lagons:
A total of 150 lagoons located throughout the property. They are fully stocked for fishing.
Trails/Paths:
30 miles of trails/paths are on the island meant for walking, biking, and golf carts.
Dog Park:
As long as you have proof of your dog is up to date on its shots your furry friend can run and play in the fenced-in park
Kayaks Rentals:
Offering either single kayaks or tandems. Kayak rentals are between $35-$45 for a single and $50-$60 for a tandem. Rates vary on the length of time.
There are also multiple parks with grills and picnic tables.
