Dawn is originally from Virginia but lived a short time in Hawaii and knew she wanted to eventually live somewhere on the coast. After spending many long weekends and holidays visiting Savannah, she and her husband fell hard for the southern charm of the city. A self-proclaimed HGTV addict, Dawn’s dream was to return old, dilapidated houses to their original beauty. She would find an entire Saturday disappear while marathon watching shows like “Rehab Addict” and “Flip or Flop.” Dawn’s husband is a licensed contractor, so she knew they had the skills to do it. Her dream was realized in August 2013 when they decided to purchase a fixer upper. After months of commuting to restore the home, they decided Savannah was where they wanted to live. She quit her desk job and they packed up their home in Fredericksburg, Virginia and moved to Savannah. These days you will find her using power tools and laying tile flooring, when just a few short years ago that would have been most daunting.
After renovating a few other investment properties, Dawn obtained her real estate license to become more knowledgeable about real estate. In her previous life, she worked as a volunteer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), where she gave an independent voice to children in the court system who were victims of abuse and neglect. Dawn worked tirelessly in achieving the best outcome possible for the children she represented. Dawn will bring this dedicated and relentless spirit to her clients by helping them achieve their real estate needs; from finding their dream home or investment property, to getting the most out of their investment.
